Criteria
Application is free but applicant must be an active OG Premier Member. Your 10 pictures portfolio will be graded by our photo editors. Eight pictures must score 8/10 to be admitted as Member; Five pictures score 8/10 to be admitted as Associate member. With less than Five images making the 8/10 grade, you will receive critiques and suggestions to make another submission at no charge.

- Graded for full membership or associate membership or advise to meet the standards
- 10% discount at all Ocean Geographic resort or liveaboard partners
- Invited to submit editorial to qualify for contributing photographer status
- Credited as Ocean Geographic photographer in OG URL and granted to use the MPOG or AMPOG
- Prioritize invitation to photographic updates and workshop
- Received the special Ocean Geographic photographer pin
- Eligible to apply to be Field Photographer for OGXplorer
